Worth the Wait

After a long wait for the second supercell to emerge from a road hole west of Sterling City, Texas, we were finally greeted by textbook supercell structure: A rain-free base, a low (but small) wall cloud, an RFD cut, midlevel striations, and a white core of hail and rain. Taken south of Sterling City, Texas, May 26, 2014.
